New Video: Frank Vocals “The One”- DJ Premier Cosigned

Fortunately, with a huge wave of up-and-coming R&B artists, fans are no longer forced to look to the mainstream for authentic rhythm and blues. Boston native, Frank Vocals, is at the forefront of these newvocalists who are on the rise and leaving their mark within a tainted and almost forgotten genre.

Frank’s latest mixtape release, “5TWO85,” showcased amazing vocal arrangements of emotion and personal experiences through his own lyrics and melodies, over original instrumentals. Frank’s “5TWO85” is less of a solo offering but more of a statement that he can compete with the best. His lead single Dear Angie spawned placements on media outlets like Ebony, Singersroom, and DJBooth.

The name suits him well, because frankly, you can hear the soul as soon as you tune into one of his records. Frank aims for his material to be cut from the same legendary cloth that he draws inspiration from. Heavily influenced by the true roots of hip hop an R&B Soul with a voice known to send chills down the listener’s spine… Frank uses the power of his voice as a medium to connect with any audience.
